1:1 Coaching

Hiring a coach is an investment in your own success and well-being. I provide personalized, customized coaching to address your individual needs, wherever you are on your entrepreneurship journey.

How we work together:

  • Understanding your values, mission, and purpose: Before we can develop a plan and set of actions, we need to understand where you are headed. To do that, we will explore what matters to you most and how you define your own success.

  • Developing a strategic plan. After we define your long-term vision, we will set SMART goals, and develop a clear roadmap for achieving them.

  • Identifying actions and creating accountability: Based on your roadmap, we will identify actions that will move you forward. And we will agree on accountability measures to keep you on track!

  • Problem-solving: We will work together to help you navigate complex situations that may be getting in your way.

  • Shifting your mindset: Sometimes we are our own biggest obstacle. We will address areas of stuckness and any limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
